I regrettably never knew your father. I know the regard you held him in, and I know he was part of the greatest generation and he has my complete respect. I also know that he raised a great man in you and you are still and will always be a part of who I am. You have given me so much earthly knowledge and I will be forever grateful my friend! This is a beautiful tribute!

I've only heard stories about Charlie. Saying I wish I had the opportunity to meet would be a disservice to a man who had experienced so much. As someone who has lost their parents this makes me happy then words could express. A man who left such a positive impact on the world is now brought forward so that others may get glimpse of the man, and the father was Charlie sussman. Kurt, I know our parents are proud of who we've become.

Kurt, this is a beautiful tribute to your father and the song that you wrote in his honor is very touching. I remember all of the years and great times that i had growing up with you and your family. this presentation that you have prepared takes me right back to those wonderful times in my life. I miss them all but i am grateful for our lifelong friendship and thankful that you have the talent to capture and share memories the way that have done here and also for the beautiful tribute to my father when he passed away. your work always touches my heart and soul.

Your dad was a great man. I had the pleasure of knowing him for only a very short time, but he left a lasting impression of kindness and compassion which you, Kurt, carry on as his legacy.
